I don't drink coffee, it was hot as hell in my room

Listen to calming /sleepy music while you try and sleep. or just get a silent fan in your room to cool it down. that will probably work

Yeah get a fan if you can't sleep because of the heat. It's what I do and it works like a charm.

I did, it shoots hot air at me, but that night is gone and temperature are dropping, about 13 celcius on Saturday and sunday
