To prepare these Chicken Ramen Noodles with Sriracha, Peanut butter and Soy Sauce, I start with a packet of Ramen noodles and add some chicken(only when I'm not poor.). While the noodles are cooking (which takes all of 3 minutes!), I stir together a quick 2-ingredient sauce(Sriracha and nut butter). Toss everything together, garnish with scallions, and dinner is served.

You will need.

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 lb. thinly sliced chicken breast tenders, diced(optional)
  • 3 packages chicken flavored Ramen noodles
  • 3 packs noodle flavoring (from the Ramen noodle packages)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons nut butter(I like a lot of nut butter, but you don't need a lot.)
  • 6 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (this makes the noodles a little bit spicy, so you can omit it if you're serving to young children)
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced(of course optional)
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped peanuts(optional OF COURSE)

cooking intructions
  1. Heat
    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook, stirring regularly, until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
    2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together soy sauce, peanut butter, and Sriracha chili sauce until smooth.
    3. Boil noodles with flavor pack and drain off most of the liquid, reserving about 1-2 tablespoons of the cooking water.
    4. While noodles are still hot, stir in cooked chicken and peanut soy sauce. If the sauce seems too thick, add a small amount of the reserved cooking liquid until it reaches the desired consistency.
    5. Garnish with scallion and chopped peanuts. Eat immediately.

I will give you a nebulae cause this is mixed to informative and optimist.
